Shelf-life: Natural, 4 months; Classic, 8 months
Storage temperature: from -2° to -4°C
Once opened, keep at a temperature of between 0° and 6°C, for not more than 48 hours.

Caviar obtained from the Beluga (Huso Huso), one of the largest sturgeon: just think, they can even get to 5 m in length, and weigh over a tonne. Despite their significant mass, this is a noble fish that begins to produce roe at an age of at least 18-20 years … such a maturation long time for one of the most sought-after and appreciated caviars among connoisseurs worldwide. A real delicacy: uniform, glossy grains 3-4 mm in diameter, from pearly to dark grey, that melts on the palate, leaving a delicate, buttery taste.

You can choose from two varieties:
Natural - Unpasteurised Beluga sturgeon caviar, treated using a little salt, to keep the original purity of the taste and magnificent bouquet intact.
Classic - Pasteurised Beluga sturgeon caviar, treated with very little salt, thereby increasing its shelf life and preserving the delicate aroma and exclusive flavour.

Available in 10g, 20g, 250g, 500g, 1000g metal containers, and 28g, 50g, 100g glass jars.
